Because this is a performance vehicle, there are just two options: Touring and Limited Edition. The Hyundai Veloster N is the Honda Civic Type R’s major rival in 2021, but the latter has less power. Many people, however, prefer the Veloster’s exterior style to that of the Type R. In comparison to earlier versions, the Limited Edition trim has seen a lot of advancements.
Exterior Design:
The hood features a stylish vent in the center, giving this hot hatch an aggressive appearance. The Touring trim comes standard with full LED headlights, fog lamps, and a Type R logo on the bumper. On the lower fascia, buyers can observe side vents. The Honda logo is in red, and the front grille has a lot of black treatment. The front splitter is composed of carbon fiber and is accented with red.
The 2021 Honda Civic Type R is fitted with 20-inch alloy wheels, with them showcasing red Brembo brake calipers. This is an open-spoke design that allows the discs on the wheel to be seen. The side skirting, like the front splitter, has red highlights, giving the vehicle a tidy appearance. In front of the front door, there is a vent-like feature. This vehicle’s sides have a sloping design line that runs the length of it.
A multi-link suspension is installed at the vehicle’s rear. There’s also a limited-slip differential. At the back, there are beautiful LED taillights, as well as a big rear spoiler. At the bottom, there are three exhaust openings.

The 2021 Honda Civic Type R is powered by a 2.0 liter, turbocharged, 4-cylinder engine that produces 306 hp of power and 295 lb-ft of torque, being mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. When the automobile is in Race mode, the steering wheel becomes heavier. In terms of mileage, expect to get 22 MPG in the city and 28 MPG on the highway. This vehicle takes 5-5.3 seconds to accelerate from 0-60 mph.
